Cancellations

If you cancel at least 14 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 10 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 6 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 % cancellation fee.

Once on tour, or tour is completed, no refunds are applicable for tour or part thereof.

• We operate our tours in a Lexus All Wheel Drive SUV best suitable for 4 passengers in total including the driver, however can accommodate 5 passengers in total including the driver.

Tour Vehicle information

We currently operate a Luxury All Wheel Drive SUV, which is a luxury crossover that seats a maximum of 5 passengers including the driver, however we reserve the right to change vehicles without prior notification to our passengers.

The tour operator reserves the right to vary or cancel tours or part thereof due to extremes of weather or changes to operational conditions such as road closures, fire bans or other conditions beyond the control of the operator.

Every effort will be made to keep to the published departure times and connections, but no guarantee can be made and no compensation shall be made for failure to meet those times.

The tour operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles or drivers as circumstances dictate.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are valid as per the respective rate periods.

The tour operator does not accept any liability for the acts, omissions, default or negligence of Wildlife Park, scenic rides or any other service provided used in connection with these tours.

The tour operator shall not be responsible or liable for death, illness or injury to any person, or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise due to the operator’s negligence nor any inconvenience, delay, injury, accident, theft or negligence caused to, or expenses incurred by, any client/passenger however caused by or arising out of services or failure to provide services.

These tours operate in environmental and culturally sensitive areas. Any person found wilfully damaging the environment or indigenous art, or causing discomfort to others will be requested to leave the tour at the nearest public transport depot. Any costs incurred will be at that persons own expense.

The Government introduced a Goods and Services Tax on the 1st July 2000. Our prices quoted are inclusive of this Goods and Services Tax at the current levy of 10%. Should the Australian Government increase this levy, then you our client, should be aware that any price increases will be forwarded on accordingly.

1. To 5 Star Sydney Tours Affiliates.We share Data with entities worldwide that we control, are controlled by us, or are under our common control, to provide our Services. 5 Star Sydney Tours, Inc. is the party responsible for overall management and use of the Data by these affiliated parties;
2. To 5 Star Sydney Tours Service Providers.We share Data with service providers who help us provide the Services. Service providers help us with things like payment processing (i.e., banks, credit bureaus, payment method providers), website hosting, data analysis, information technology and related infrastructure, customer service, email delivery, 5 Star Sydney Tours Atlas, and auditing;
3. To Our Users.We share Data with Users (such as merchants and application providers) as necessary to process payments or provide the Services. For example, we share Data with Users about purchases made by their Customers through the 5 Star Sydney Tours payment processing services;

To Authorized Third Parties.We share data with parties directly authorized by a User to receive Data, such as when a User authorizes a third party application provider to access the User’s 5 Star Sydney Tours account. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to You when You access our websites, based on Data relating to Your access to and use of our websites on any of Your devices, as well as Data received from third parties. At present, there is no industry standard for recognizing Do Not Track browser signals, so we do not respond to them.

Opting out of receiving electronic communications from us.If You no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, You may opt-out via the unsubscribe link included in such emails. We will try to comply with Your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if You opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send You important administrative messages that are required to provide You with our Services.
2. How You can access or change Your Personal Data.If You would like to review, correct, or update Personal Data that You have previously disclosed to us, You may do so by contacting 5 Star Sydney Tours.

If emailing us Your request, please make clear in the email what Personal Data You would like to have changed. For Your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that You use to send us Your request, and we may need to verify Your identity before implementing Your request. We will try to comply with Your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. Retention Period.

We will retain Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note that we have a variety of obligations to retain the Data that You provide to us, including to ensure that transactions can be appropriately processed, settled, refunded or charged-back, to help identify fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering and other laws and rules that apply to us and to our financial service providers. Accordingly, even if You close Your 5 Star Sydney Tours Account, we will retain certain Data to meet our obligations. We may provide You with disclosures and alerts regarding the Privacy Policy or Personal Data collected by posting them on our website and, if You are a User, by contacting You through your 5 Star Sydney Tours Dashboard, email address and/or the physical address listed in Your 5 Star Sydney Tours account. You agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided You with hard copy disclosures. Disclosures and notices in relation to this Privacy Policy or Personal Data shall be considered to be received by You within 24 hours of the time they are posted to our website or, in the case of Users, sent to through one of means listed in this paragraph.
